If a material change in strategy becomes necessary, we discuss the reasons and potential consequences with you and agree the way forward in advance.

Documents relating to your matter are stored systematically and made available through an agreed secure channel.

At the end of the matter or reporting period, you receive a clear report setting out the work completed, results achieved, outstanding issues and next steps.

This means that at every stage you know what has been done, where the matter currently stands and what to expect next.

We do not accept assignments that conflict with our professional ethics or values, and we assess potential conflicts of interest before accepting every matter. We do not make unfounded promises. We explain the strengths and weaknesses of the legal position, the relevant risks and the possible outcomes openly. Our digitally oriented working model allows our lawyers to devote their time to client matters rather than travel, traditional office infrastructure and administrative processes that do not create value.

Most meetings are held by video conference; in-person meetings are arranged in advance where necessary. This model reduces dependence on location, makes it easier to stay connected with the team and enables more agile collaboration on documents.

Lower administrative costs also mean that costs which add no value for the client are not built into our fees.
