Ramziyya Yuzbasheva

At the outset of her career, Ramziyya worked at law firms, advising companies on incorporation, corporate documentation, contractual and employment relations, and legal support in disputes.

Within a diversified group of companies, she progressed from legal counsel to Head of Corporate and Contract Law, leading the legal team and strategic legal processes and overseeing major commercial contracts, corporate governance and regulatory compliance processes, legal risk and business disputes.

Her experience spans the entire lifecycle of a commercial relationship—from structuring its legal framework and negotiating contractual terms to overseeing contractual performance and resolving disputes.
