Ulviyya Gurbanova

Ulviyya Gurbanova is a lawyer with more than 10 years of professional experience, specialising in corporate law, commercial and investment transactions, regulatory compliance and business disputes.

Professional experience

Ulviyya began her professional career in the banking sector, where she gained experience in banking and financial regulation, corporate restructuring and providing legal support for new financial products.

She has worked at leading law firms on corporate law and legislative drafting projects and has participated in initiatives aimed at improving corporate legislation.

Within a diversified group of companies, she has led legal work relating to key corporate decisions, domestic and cross-border projects, contract negotiations and complex disputes.
